  • The best way to stay motivated is to see that your hard work is paying off!

    Can you imagine saving up for a home or a trip and having no idea what your bank account balance is? It’s the same thing with fat loss.

    Tracking your progress is an essential component to keeping you motivated and helping you stay on track.

    That being said, we don’t just track OUTCOME metrics (progress pictures, measurements, body weight); what’s equally important to keep track of are PROCESS metrics (i.e., protein intake, step count, workouts, water intake, sleep, etc.)

    In other words: Did you do the thing you’re supposed to do, and how consistently did you do it? This helps you and your coach celebrate what you’re doing well and pinpoint exactly what needs to be adjusted to ensure that you continue to make progress.

  • Resistance training (lifting weights) is hands down the best exercise for fat loss for two reasons:

    1) Having more muscle means your body burns more calories at rest. Burning more calories at rest means that you now get to eat MORE and still be in a calorie deficit. Fat loss just got a whole lot easier!

    2) When you lose weight, you don’t solely lose fat: you lose muscle, too. Lifting weights ensures that you lose as much FAT tissue as possible. You want to be doing everything in your power to hold onto precious muscle tissue (because to point #1… more muscle makes fat loss easier!).

  • If you don’t have progressive overload in your workout plan, your results will quickly plateau.

    Progressive overload is the scientific term used to describe increasing the difficulty of your workouts over time.

    In other words: you can’t do 10-12 reps every week with the same weight and expect your body to change.

    Over time, you need to be adding reps, adding weight, and/or switching up the tempo to give your body a REASON to adapt.

    Importantly: You need to be doing the SAME select few exercises that work well for you for WEEKS on end to actually change your physique.

    Our customized workout programming will ensure that you make every minute you spend in the gym count.

  • You’ve almost certainly heard “eat less, move more”… but I’m willing to bet you’ve never heard about eating MORE to lose fat.

    You see, the answer to your fat loss goals isn’t to eat as little as possible… it’s actually quite the opposite: it’s to eat as MUCH as possible and feel as FULL as possible whilst making great progress.

    It’s not just about creating a calorie deficit.

    We do this by changing WHAT we eat: specifically, more protein and more fibre. This is going to help you feel full so that you don’t feel tempted to raid the cupboards or “give up” on your diet.

Eat 100% clean, cut out all the foods you love, endure a low-calorie diet, workout 5-6 days a week, sweat buckets in every session, sleep 7-8 hours every night, perfect your morning routine, take the best supplements, drink your water, walk 10,000 steps per day—and attempt to do it all simultaneously. Other trainers might impose their cookie-cutter programs on you: without bothering to understand your unique needs, they'll hand you rigid macros and a generic workout regimen, hoping you'll stick to it.

  • Those who will be working out from home and do not have access to (at minimum) a few sets of dumbbells or who are not willing to purchase needed equipment upon signing up.

How does coaching work?

here’s exactly what happens when you decide to sign up.

Step 1- Apply for Coaching. Upon receiving your application, we’ll reach out within 1 business day to let you know whether we think we could be a great fit.

Step 2- Consultation: We want to do everything we can to make sure that this program is the perfect fit for you. On your discovery call, we’ll answer any questions you have about the program, get to know you a bit more and let you know exactly how we can help (or point you in the right direction if it’s not a perfect fit).

Step 3- Intake Call: Once you confirm your enrolment, we’ll set up our first coaching call via phone/zoom, whichever you prefer. This call serves to give us everything we need to know to start collaborating on your lifestyle/nutrition plan and create your workout program.

Step 4- App access: We’ll get you setup on our app where you’ll be able to access your workout plan, check-off your daily lifestyle habits, view your nutrition goals, track your progress, and message your coach.

Step 5- Check-in: From there, we’ll set up regular check-in calls at a time that is convenient for you to keep you on track.

  • This is a fantastic question!

    If you’re like most of my clients, you have a long list of generic workout programs and diets you’ve tried that didn’t deliver.

    I get it - I’ve been there.

    I can assure you that attending your coaching calls, actively engaging by asking questions, communicating your progress (both good and “not good” - there’s no right or wrong way to go about it), and applying what you learn are the keys to your success.

    One-on-one coaching offers the most personalized approach, ensuring that every action item is tailored specifically to you. With a coach literally in your pocket, you'll have instant troubleshooting support to adapt strategies that best suit your needs. Your coach will be there every step of the way.

    As long as you have the courage to show up, be honest, and do your best - you will be successful.

  • No, you do not need gym access. Each program is entirely custom to the client and available space/equipment. However, we do ask for a minimum of a few sets of dumbbells and resistance bands if you will be working out from home.

  • We want to ensure that you have the best coaching experience possible. If, after 30 days, you decide it's not the right program for you - we will gladly cancel your subscription and refund you for the subsequent months you paid for.

    However, due to the nature of 1:1 coaching and the work involved in the initial stages, we cannot offer a refund for the first month. For this reason, we offer free initial consultations to be 100% certain that we are a perfect fit.

  • We have 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month package options available.

  • Great question!

    Calls will occur every two weeks in the beginning when you need the most support. As you gain confidence, calls will then move to 1x/month and/or on an “as needed” basis. Check-in calls are typically anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

    -Discuss what is working well for you and celebrate your wins

    -Troubleshoot what’s not working for you

    -Answer any questions you have

    -If needed, we can use this time to do a deeper dive on a specific topic

    -Decide on next steps (if we need to modify your plan, we will do so at this time).
